RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, returns are not accepted currently. All sales are final unless an incorrect item was shipped. We do not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped. Once it has been given to USPS or UPS, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. There are no returns on patterns at any time.

Cancellations of orders are not currently accepted. If you choose to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
PREORDERS-All preorders are nonrefundable and cannot be cancelled.
